Having reviewed the submitted documents, I am satisfied that Condition 4 can be discharged as requested. While previous comments indicated that both an odour assessment and a noise assessment should accompany the selected system to ensure that no significant environmental impacts occur at the nearest sensitive receptors, these requirements were not explicitly stated within Condition 4. Considering this and given that a high‑speed velocity cowl will be implemented, I am obliged to recommend that Condition 4 be discharged.
