With respect to the above planning application, I have no significant concerns that the proposed extension would give rise to environmental health issues, including noise, air quality, or contaminated land, for either the occupiers or neighbouring properties. As the property is set back from the main road, noise and air quality impacts are not anticipated to be significant.
