The arboricutural information supplied is carried out to a high standard and I have no objection to its content aside from the categorisation of some of the trees on site.

It would appear to me that category C is more applicable than B in most cases.

That being said, I am not minded that it would be appropriate to place TPOs on the trees in question and would take the view that suitable mitigation planting would be appropriate to offset any tree losses incurred through the proposed development or any future redesigns.
