I can confirm that Network Rail has no objections in principle to the scheme from the perspective of operational railway safety. However, we note that access to the site is in close proximity to Kirby Ashfield Railway Station. During both the construction and operation phases of the scheme, it is essential to ensure that there is no interference with access to Kirby Ashfield Station and its operations.
