Although a tree plan has been submitted no other arboricultural details have been supplied .

I will therefore require a full tree survey to the minimum standards as laid down in BS5837. This should include an arboricultural impact assessment, tree protection plan, tree removal plan and any other arboricultural method statements in support of tree retention.

Until such time as this information is made available for assessment I cannot pass comment as insufficient information has been supplied to me to assist in making a determination.
